Our History
Mary Jane ‘Janie’ Kramer, president and Principal Broker has a vision for a property management firm that would set itself apart with integrity and hold a determined focus on client satisfaction. In April of 1995 Janie officially launched Commercial Properties of Maui Management, Inc. Founded in the heart of Maui County, CPMMI flourished from a small handful of commercial properties to 50+ Associations and individual properties in the portfolio, managing in excess of 700,000 sq ft of leaseable space and dozens of Homeowners Associations, Condominium Associations, Roadway and Private Water Associations.
For 21 years, CPMMI was a Maui-focused management company. Starting with just 2 employees, we now have a staff of 13, employing the best real estate brokers, licensed property managers, and skilled office staff the island has to offer.
In 2018 Commercial Properties of Maui Management, Inc changed its name to JS Property Management, Inc. We retain all of our emplyees, clients and properties, only the name has changed.
